• Q:As a gamer, how to set this microphone to a best effect?
• A:Set the input & output level of the microphone on your computer at around 40%-50%. Keep pickup distance at about 7-12 inches. And speak straight in front of the mic capsule. Then you will get good sounding with lowest backgroud noise.
• Q: Does this mic has mute control and how to mute the mic?
• A: Yes, it has. Just a touch of the mute button, this gaming microphone will stop picking up sounds.
• Q: Is it compatible with Windows 10?
• A: Our microphoen has undergone system compatibility test. It is compatible with Windows7, Windows8, Windows10, WindowsXP. The only thing you need to notice is in Windows10, there may have a bug and may not be used after the system is updated. If you encounter similar problems, you need to contact the Windows service team;
• Q: Is this microphone compatible with Xbox series ?
• A: Sorry no, its not compatible with xbox.
• Q:Wil it work with smartphones with usb type-c connectors like samsung galaxy series?
• A:This USB mic is designed for using on desktop and laptop, we dont recommend to use with phones. Because this gaming microphone comes with RGB lights, it requires more power than a normal microphone and the phone may not be able to provide enough voltage, thus the phone may not recognize the microphone or the sound quality may deteriorate
• Q:Is it ok to use this mic to record music?
• A:Sure , The microphone has a mute button and 2 volume knob adjustment buttons, which will perfectly assist you in recording audio.

NOTE:

Since the computer defaults to 24-bit, 48KHz bit depth and sampling frequency, if you want to achieve the best recording effect when connecting the microphone, please set the computers bit depth and sampling frequency to 24-bit, 192KHz studio option.
