1, If you are not satisfied with the costume, please contact with us in 7 days after you receiving it. Please show us photos about the problem. Of course we accept return or exchange if it’s our problem.
2, We accept to exchange the costume if you select the wrong size. But you need to pay for the return shipping fee and the redelivery fee.
3, We don’t accept return and exchange for size problem if the costume is custom made. So if custom size, please confirm the measurements given are correct.
4, The returned items should be intact and not used.
