●These Service Caster Series #20 Expanding Stem Polyurethane casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 3” Wheel: 4-1/8” mounting height; 3-1/2” wheel: 4-5/8” mounting height; 4” wheel: 5-1/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/8” mounting height. Wheels are offered in three different colors ? Gray, Blue, and Red.
●Weight Capacity: 3" and 3.5": 300 lbs Capacity/Caster; 4" and 5": 350 lbs Capacity/Caster
●All casters feature an expanding stem that is 2-11/16” in length. The expanding stem comes in 10 different diameters: (3/4”, 7/8”, 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, 1-3/8”, 1-1/2”, 1-5/8”, 1-3/4”, and 1-7/8”). Before ordering, Service Caster recommends measuring the inside diameter of your tubing- this measurement will determine the corresponding expanding stem diameter needed. ●Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB) or a total lock brake (TTL). The top lock brake (TLB), which is featured on 3", 3-1/2", 4", and 5" wheel sizes, places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only. The total lock brake (TTL), which is featured on all wheel sizes, also places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, but the total lock brake (TTL) simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel for a complete stationary position.

Description

The Service Caster Series #20 is ideal for light and medium duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. Finishes are available in either zinc plating, which provides durability under any condition, or stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion in indoor or outdoor applications where moisture is a factor. Mounting options include top plate, bolt hole and standard and metric threaded stem sizes. All rolling on a finely crafted ball bearing design that keeps you moving forward.

Series 20 Light Duty Polyurethane Wheel Casters

Polyurethane wheels are floor safe, non-marking and non-marring tread bonded to a polyolefin core. They perform especially well on hard surfaces such as concrete, tile, and wood and resist oil, grease, water, and most solvents. Poly caster wheels provide a lightweight and high capacity wheel option for a smooth and quiet roll.

Top Plate Provides the utmost stability by supporting the caster at four points. Available in rigid and swivel, with optional top lock or total lock brakes.	Bolt Hole Features a 1/2” hollow rivet bolt hole that provides secure fastening for a variety of bolt threads. Bolt holes are available in swivel only, with optional top lock or total lock brakes.	Threaded Stem Locks caster into place for a solid, secure fit. Threaded stems come in standard 1/2” and 3/8” diameters and metric 12mm and 10mm diameters. Because of these variations it’s important to measure accurately via a thread gauge. Threaded stems are available in swivel only, with optional top lock or total lock brakes.	Brake Types Top Locking Brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the wheel top to securely hold heavy loads. Total Locking Brake (TTL) solidly locks both the swivel and wheel, providing an exceptionally sturdy base when engaged.

Solid Polyurethane

Non-marking, non-marring polyurethane wheel molded as one solid piece. Will not flatspot or debond, ensuring a smooth and solid roll over long periods of time.

Soft Rubber

Resistant to most chemicals and oils- combine a soft tread on a hard rubber core, offering quiet movement and a cushioned ride.

Nylon

Provide very low rolling resistance, show a high resistance to many aggressive substances and resistant to most chemical and oils, and under normal operating conditions are maintenance free.
