Description

The Fowler Xtra-Range 12"/300mm Digital Caliper has a hardened stainless steel frame for increased corrosion resistance and product life; long jaws permit accessibility when measuring large workpieces. It has direct metric/inch conversion for versatility. This caliper also features a preset for utilizing the bottom nibs for internal measurements. The knurled lock screw holds the sliding jaw in position when needed. This caliper is used for measuring inside dimensions (ID) and outside dimensions (OD). Digital calipers can take differential measurements to determine the difference in measurements between two objects by zeroing the display at any point along the scale. Some digital calipers can switch between standard and metric units. This caliper can output data via an RS-232C cable to capture and record data with an optional cable. It comes in a fitted case and is supplied with 2 batteries. This product has a full 2-year warranty.
