A burnisher is an indispensable tool used to turn the thin burr on cabinet scrapers that makes them so indispensable. This Narex burnisher has a beautifully turned stained Hornbeam handle, brass ferrule and highly polished high carbon steel rod. Rod is 3/8 inches in diameter and 6 inches long and hardened and tempered to Rockwell 62-64. Handle is 5 ½ inches long and 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Overall length is 11 1/2 inches.
