Note: If there is no sound out when connect with TV:

1. Please make sure the Bluetooth TV transmitter is pluged into TV back labeled "Audio Out". NOT labeled "Component in" or "Video ln" or "AV in" that these jack ports for TV audio input and there is not any audio out.

2. Please change the TV audio format to "Headset" (3.5mm audio cable) or "External Speaker" (RCA audio cable).

Why cant it work on my TV? / No sound from TV?

Please make sure you are plugging in the TV audio OUTPUT jack or RCA Port, and both devices are successfully paired. Then change the TV’s sound settings from “TV speaker” to “AUDIO OUT”. NOT the INPUT jack.

What if my TV audio jack only has digital optical audio?

If there is only the Digital Optical Audio out on your TV back and you should purchase one Digital to AUX audio converter.

Cant pair it with my headphones

Please turn off other Bluetooth devices around you, then make sure the switch on the side of the transmitter is in "TX" mode, and in the pairing state (Red and blue indicator flicker alternately).

The description says that there is low-latency technology, why is there still an audio lag when I watch TV?

To achieve perfect low latency its required that your headphones also support apt-X Low Latency. If not, please purchase related products on the apt-X office website.

Havent been able to connect?

If there are a lot of Bluetooth signals around you, please clear the pairing and then reconnect your own device.

The Bluetooth Transmitter can not connect with the wireless Headphone?

Please slide the BTI-018 to TX Mode, then long press the MFB button to enter pairing mode with blue led flash, open the Bluetooth headphone and enter pairing mode to pairing, once connect success, the LED will stay on blue.

Why Bluetooth adapter cannot connect to power？

Please re-charge it and make sure the adapter has enough battery power. Plug the unit into a USB charger and see if the LED indicator turns Red and low power.

How to clear Bluetooth history?

ln power off status, whether in TX or RX mode, long press the MFB button of BTI-018 for 8-9 seconds till Blue & Red flashing twice at the same time and then power off automatically and it has cleared the pairing records of BTI-018.

Self-check list of other pairing-related issues：

1. Delete the pairing record in the pairing history device. 2. Make sure to turn off Bluetooth from other nearby devices. 3. Clear the pairing record of the item and re-pair.

Can it be used for musical instruments?

For live music or musical instruments, it is suggested using specialized Bluetooth transmitter receiver.
