Arducam High-Resolutions Autofocus camera is an exclusive camera board that takes what Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3/V2/V1, and HQ has to o?er and excels in every single aspect.
It takes zero compromises in specs. With a resolution of 16 megapixels (compared to 8MP and 12MP), an autofocus lens, a V2-like form factor, and boatloads of improvements, the camera provides a better choice for a whole world of industrial/consumer/etc. applications, it’s compatible with any existing Pi models, work with the latest software from the foundation, and leverages the same tuning algorithms used in the o?cial camera modules.
The package contains a camera board with an IMX519 sensor and an autofocus lens, an FPC cable, and a camera enclosure that also works with the V1 and V2 boards.

Q1: Is it plug-and-play?
A1: Sure! Just simply install the drive and insert two lines of command, it works perfectly.
Q2: Does it support the third-party OS?
A2: Its fully compatible with Octoprint, detailed tutorial: bit.ly/IMX519-Guide-for-Octopi. For other third-party OS such as Motioneye, Klipper, and Octolapse, the camera hasnt got their support yet.
Q3: Does it support Buster OS?
A3: Not yet, its exclusively designed for Bullseye. If you use Buster OS, we highly recommend 5MP/8MP/12MP old native cameras.
Q4: Does it work with an official/unofficial POE HAT or touchscreen?
A4: Absolutely, they work very well.
Q5: Would the shell script be unsafe?
A5: No worries, its absolutely safe and simple, especially for a novice. If you need a manual configuration script, please contact Arducam Support Team.
