WIDE APPLICATIONS
1. This forstner drill bits are suitable for cutting holes onto any wood and wood products. Can easily enlarge existing holes and bore any arc of a circle. Drills flat bottom holes, pocket holes, and overlapping holes.
2. Great for boring concealed hinges and door locks. The cemented carbide tip is designed to cut through hole cleanly. Can be used for wood products perforation, mounted spherical door shoot tip, drawer, plastic and wood products, plywood, etc..
3. This forstner drill bit is suitable for bench drill, vertical drilling machine, CNC carving machine, etc. The bit in the positioning is required to very low speed, and then gradually accelerate after complete position. Add water for lubrication and temperature reduction when drilling.
4. NOTE:
- (1). This forstner drill bits can not be used for cutting metal holes. Before drilling, be sure no nails or other metal objects in wood to avoid causing damage to forstner drill bits.
- (2). The cutting material must be fixed and the drill bit should be perpendicular to the material. If the cutting material moves during drilling, the tool or material will be broken.
