Q: Why doesnt the mouse react when I insert the wireless mouse receiver into this product?

A: According to Intel, USB 3.0 devices have noise of 2.4-2.5 GHz, which may affect communication using this frequency band. Therefore, 2.4 GHz wireless devices (wireless keyboard, mouse adapter, etc.) may not work near a USB 3.0 device or hub.It may cause some lags on wireless mouse.

We recommend connecting to a USB 2.0 port. Or use an extension cable to keep the receiver away from the USB 3.0 cable.

Q: Why there is no data output?

A: Please make sure if the DC power connection DC input;

Please make sure if the connection is good;

Please use standard USB cable.

Q: Can all ports be used at one time?

Powered USB hub have over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit protection function. If over the max 5V/4A power will caused device to disconnect.

So we did not advice connect all ports at one time.
