1. Make sure the Bluetooth is connected (Go to your phone settings--> Bluetooth--> Check if the smart watch is connected to Bluetooth)
2. Make sure your phone allows the "Da Fit" APP to send notifications (Go to your phone settings--> Find the "Da Fit" APP--> Switch on "Notifications")
3. Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the "Da Fit" APP (Go to the "Da Fit" APP--> Device--> Click the "Push Notifications"--> Switch on all the applications you need)

When the "Night Mode" is turned on, the watch cannot receive and display reminders such as WhatsAPP/Text/Facebook, and you cannot use the watch to answer or make calls.
