A: Please let Suear permit the authoirty of photos,media and files in your device.
Q:My ear camera is blurry after using for a period of time,how can I fix it?
A: Please use the cleaning cloth with alcohol or with thin cotton swab to clean the lens carefully after every time of use, since the ear wax is easy to stick on the lens or crevices around it.
