>>> Q: Why automatic curling irons not curl hair?
A: When curling hair, make sure to press the "START(CURL)" button fully. After curling for a few seconds, you will hear the FIRST beeps, and you can release the "START(CURL)" button. After the beeps is over, completed, you can release your hair. To get long-lasting curls, use it with a styling spray/oil.
>>> Q: Doesnt work easily at all and hair got stuck？
A: 1. Start with 1/2 inch hair (Dont put in too much hair at once, If your hair is soft, the width should not exceed 1cm. If your hair is rather hard but even less.)
2. When your hair is stuck accidentally, Do not pull it, press the START button discontinuously, your hair will go out.

A: Please make sure to press the curling button totally when curling the hair. Please release the START(CURL) button when you hear the first beep. Need to wait the final beep alarm stop and then release your hair. If curler Barrel stops rotating and then releases the hair causing doesnt work on your hair. (Because the curler barrel is still heating during the beep sound)
