What should i do when the USB dongle cannot connect to the device?

Step 1: Plug the USB dongle into the USB port of your device

Step 2: Insert a small pin into the reset hole( next to the LED indicator) of the transmitter,then push in for at least one second until The LED rapidly blinks blue. Turn on the headset
