1. When using capsules, how much water is added to brew coffee with the best taste?
*It is recommended to add no more than 10oz of water to a capsule. The coffee brewed with this amount of water tastes better. If you feel the coffee is too weak, you can reduce the amount of water in moderation.
2. When using ground coffee, how much water should be added to brew coffee with best taste?
*If using ground coffee to brew 14oz coffee, please add ground coffee to the maximum capacity, so that the brewed coffee tastes better. The maximum capacity of the powder basket is 25g. (Different coffee powders may brew coffee with different taste. If you feel weak, you can reduce the amount of water.)
3. What is the difference between Regular and Bold modes?
*The coffee brewed in Bold mode has a stronger taste, and the flavor of the coffee is extracted to the greatest extent. Regular can brew a cup of hot coffee with a normal taste. You can choose according to your favorite coffee taste.
4. How to easily and quickly add water to the water tank?
*The water tank is in the shape of a ladder, and each level on the inside is marked with a corresponding scale. Using a cup with a spout will reduce the chance of water splashing when pouring into the tank.
5. Why do the two function keys flash red light alternately?
*The red light of the function key flashes alternately is a reminder of timed descaling. When the red light flashes, you can press one of the function keys to keep the coffee machine working normally or add a descaling solution, and long press the two function keys to start the descaling function.
6. Why do coffee grounds appear in brewed coffee?
*When using a capsule to brew coffee, place the pod in the holder and push it down to puncture the bottom first before closing the lid. When brewing coffee with ground coffee, make sure the top of the grounds basket is closed and then cover the top of the coffee.
