  • A:Please dont worry, it is necessary to stay on the surface for 15-25 seconds until water flows out from the cleaner nozzles to the swimming pool before sinking to the bottom of the swimming pool.

2. Q:Should I turn on the robotic pool cleaner before put it into the pool?

  • A: Please pay more attention to this problem. Please remember that you should put the robot pool cleaner into the water before power it on, which can protect the wheels and the motors and extend their life.

3.Q: Could I turn on the cordless automatic pool cleaner when charging?

  • A:No, you can’t. Please turn off the pool cleaner and clean its charging ports before charging.

4.Q: How to put the robotic pool cleaner into the pool?

  • A:Put into or lift out from the pool with the cleaner bottom toward the wall to avoid any possible scratch to the pool wall.

5. Q: Water gets into charging plug cover and short circuits the terminals, or my pool cleaner charging plug is rusted and corroded and wont charge, so the cleaner stops working.

  • Please be sure to dry the water around the charging plug after each use of the pool cleaner; keep the plug dry even during storage to avoid corrosion;

  • Fine filter capacity 180µm can clean dirt, sand, leaves, ...etc. But it Cant suck ultra-fine dust ( nanoscale:1 to 100 µm).
  • Not good for cleaning algae attached to the pool floor.
  • Please check whether the filter is clogged when the suction power is lower or the pool cleaning robot doesnt move.
  • Please read the User Manual before the first using to get the better effect.

Troubleshooting

There are the following reasons for not working or defective:

1. The battery is dead-Please fully charge the battery and press the button for 3s to turn on the product.

2. The sewage suction port was stuck with some sundries.- Please check if the suction port has some big stones or leaves, they may block it. Please clean the machine after every time use.

3. The battery is broken.- Please charge the product to check whether the light is on when you plug the charger in.
