●The capacity for professional brake bleeding machine is upto 2.7Gallans / 10L (5L new oil capacity). It is divided into two layers, upper oil storage tank and lower gas storage tank, with an intermediate rubber diaphragm separating the gas and brake fluid. 10-40psi compressed air can be pre-charged for portable using, with consumption 4.5CFM at 30psi. Do not exceed 40psi, or damage the equipment and connection hose (Do not over 1bar for ABS system to avoid damage on the brake master pump)
●The 1/4" European style air plug on the machine can be connected to the quick connection from air compressor. The shop air was stored in the gas storage tank and pressurize on the upper oil storage tank, to force the new fluid into the brake system and while waste oil or air out into the used oil collection bottle. Precharged air can help to finish multiple brake flush and refill work at a time. During the fluid transfer, tread quickly on the brake pedal and release slowly. Do it a few times.
●8PCS specific adapters, 2 universal cone adapters and 1 universal square adapter, can connect almost all types of master cylinders, help to refill the brake and clutch oil. If the specific adapter leaks, it means it is not suitable for your vehicle, please use the universal adapters for a tight connecting. All the adapters have quick plugs, can connect to the quick coupler on the brake bleeding tool easily and quickly. And they are placed in a black case for easy storage and transportation.
●Pneumatic pressure brake fluid bleeder tool kit is made of aluminum alloy, brass, rubber and plastic. Resist corrision and built to last. The set is widely suitable for professional workshop and your own garage, to change brake clutch fluid and flush the air from the brake system (It also can be used for ABS system too). Brake Bleeder Machine
- 10L large capacity tank with 5L new oil capacity. Driven by compressed air and has its own gas storage device, 10-40psi compressed air can be pre-charged for portable using.
- Came with working pressure gauge, after connect to your air compressor, pressure can be adjusted as needed by pressure adjust valve.
- Use the air release safety valve when the gas storage tank is over-charged to reduce pressure. Use the air release ball valve when all the operation is complete to release all the pre-charged air.

Waste Oil Collection Bottle
- One 1L waste oil collection bottle and 13" bleeder hose with universal cone suction nipple are included to collect the used fluid.
- Transparent plastic material makes it easy to directly observe the amount of waste oil.
- The 13"L chain is for catching use and it can be hooked on the brake
- If you have 2 or more waste oil collection bottle work with the brake bleeder machine, YSTOOL Professional Pneumatic Air Pressure Brake Bleeding Machine Kit can complete several oil changing operations at one time by one person.
How to Use
1.Close all the valves on the brake bleeder machine, includes ball valves and pressure adjust valve.
2.Choose the right adapter to replace the master cylinder lid for sealing. Then connect the quick coupler on the fluid hose to the adapter.
3.Pour the appropriate amount of new brake fluid into the machine tank, screw the tank cap tightly.
4.Insert the bleeder hose into the waste oil collection bottle, and connect the bottle to one of the rear brake cylinder. (If you have other same device, you can collect the rear two brake cylinder first, then the front two)
5.Connect to air compressor (The air compressor should have a moisture filter installed on it), open air connector ball valve to pressurize the gas storage tank. Pull out the the pressure adjust valve to adjust the tank pressure to between 20-40psi, never exceed 40psi.
6.Slowing open the fluid hose ball valve, begin to force the new fluid into the brake system, and while old fluid out and into the waste oil collection bottle. The steps for ABS system will be a little difference. Please refer to the instruction for details
Note
1.When the vehicle with ABS system changes oil, the pressure should be controlled at 1bar, otherwise too high pressure will do damage to the brake master cylinder
2.Dont allow any air into the braking system
3.Avoid mixing with any other brake/hydraulic fluids which differs from the one you used before for cylinder protection
