2.Please do not wear this bark control collar on tiny dogs, old dogs, ill dogs and aggressive dogs.
3.When the bark collar senses high-frequency barking and other dog’s barking may have a very small chance to activate this bark collar. Though we have optimized the barking detection, but some environmenal noises may have similar frequency to barking, which may have small chance to activate this barking collar. Please lower the sensitivity level when your dog is in a noisy environment.
4.Thick hair on the neck area may also have small chance to decrease the sensing from the barking, just trim the hair near the area where you place the collar. And we also provide another pair of longer metal prongs and silicone caps for you to replace.
5.To better protect your pets skin, please wear the silicone caps before using. The conductive silicone covers can prevent sharp metal probes from irritating your dogs skin and causing allergic reactions, while allowing the collar to function unencumbered during its usage.
6.Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
