Q1: How can I make a voice call when I use a Windows/macOS/Linux computer?

Double-click the MFB to enable "call mode", the blue light flashes quickly (after the call is over, double-click the MFB again to return to music mode)

Q2: How to connect ps4/ps5 game console?

PS4:1.Go to the "Settings" menu on the PS4; 2.Select "Devices"; 3.Select "Audio Devices"; 4.Set "Input Device" to "USB headset (B10Q)"; 5.Set "Output Device" to "USB headset (B10Q)".

（Note that you need to set up the microphone even if you dont use it）

Q3: How to switch the encoding format?

After connecting your Bluetooth headset, just click the MFB button to switch the encoding format. Blue light indicates SBC encoding (delay 70ms), yellow light indicates aptx adaptive encoding (delay 36ms-40ms), white light indicates aptx-LL encoding (delay 36ms), green light indicates aptx encoding (delay 40ms). (Note that you need to enjoy aptx Ultra-low latency, you need your bluetooth headset to support aptx decoding)

Q4:Does it support listening to background music and chatting with game friends while playing games?

Its supported, and it allows you to talk while listening to music.

Q5.Why some Bluetooth speakers/AirPods cannot be paired?

When the B10Q is connected with other Bluetooth speakers or Bluetooth headsets, the pairing method cannot be successful according to the first pairing method.

Solution:

Method 1: Reset the B10Q, and then get close to pairing;

Method 2: Turn off the Bluetooth of all devices paired with the B10Q, and then get close to pairing. (Devices that cannot turn off Bluetooth can be turned off first);

Method 3: Go to a place far away from other Bluetooth devices to ensure that they will not be connected to other Bluetooth devices, and then get close to pairing;

Method 4: Connect the second device. (Note that this method is only applicable when there are less than two connected devices);

Q6.Whether to support connecting to TV?

It is not supported. Because most TVs dont support streaming audio over usb. Only a small percentage of TVs support streaming audio over usb. If you want to use the B10Q with a TV, make sure your TV supports audio over usb. Before buying the B10Q, you can test it with a usb wired headset.
