Q1: Volume is too low

Q4: Won’t pair to my Bluetooth earphones
Blue and red light flashing by turns means the Bluetooth transmitter and receiver enters into pairing status.
Double click power button or long press the bigger play/stop button for 8 seconds to clear pairing history - white light means history clearing finished, then wait 3 seconds for blue and red light flashing.
Make sure your earphones won’t automatically connect with your other devices such as cellphone.
