The replacement cut-bar is for the 28mm 12" rotary paper trimmers. It measures to 14 1/8" x 7/16" x 1/8". It can be rotated 4 times to maintain clean precise cuts - 2 times on each side. The Replacement Rotary Cut Bar protects the razor blade cutting edge and provides longer cutting life.
