Description

This demonstration spectrometer is capable of performing most of the experiments like spectras, angle of prisms, refractive indexes etc. but for a fraction of the price of larger spectrometers. Consists of heavy base with 170 mm diameter circle, divided 0 to 360 degrees, which rotates independently and has locking screw. Collimator: Fixed, with adjustable axis, objective lens with focusing system, variable aperture slit. Telescope: Moveable with set screw and fine motion screw, adjustable axis. Telescope pillar carries vernier scale for accurate measurements. Focussable objective Lens. Ramsden Eyepiece with cross-wires and locking ring for focus lock. Prism Table: Provided with three leveling screws and engraved lines for prism placement in experiments. Comes complete with Prism Clamp, Grating Holder, Tommy Bar for axis adjustment and Instruction Sheet.
