Tayama TG-28C Hot Pot with Glass Lid - 28cm/ 11 inch Hot Pot with Glass Lid. Entertain guest with family style cooking or enjoy an intimate dining experience with the family. Includes 3 ladles accessory spoons. Cookware designed for traditional Shabu Shabu or Hot Pot, soup broth based cooking. Helpful Tips: - Liquid broth should always be evenly filled on both sides of the compartments to ensure correct use of hot pot cookware (shabu cookware). - This item is induction cooktop compatible and suitable for a variety of cook stoves, electric, natural gas, stovetop, induction cooktop burner, infrared, ceramic. - Before use please check for water leakage. Place the pot on a level surface and add the same amount of water on both sides of the pot, observe whether the pot is leaking. - If you only fill the pot with water on one side, the other side will leak normally. - Please fill both sides of the pot evenly with liquid/soup base broth. - Cooking only on one side of the pot and leaving the other side empty will warp the cookware and damage it. - The stainless steel pot itself will not turn yellow, black, or rust. This may happen if the cooking heat is too high or if there is oil residue on the outer wall of the pot. - After each use, please thoroughly clean and dry, the pot. To avoid food oil residue stains, causing rust. Use water and vinegar and mild soap to clean. - The pot heats up very quickly because of the thin layer (it is the traditional design for shabu/hot pot cookware), therefore heat must be adjusted to prevent burning food and damaging cookware. - Always make sure liquid/soup base broth is present in cookware before turning on heat to cook.
