The Nylon expansion anchor is ideal for fixing handles, folding shutters, or downpipes in concrete, aerated concrete, solid gypsum panels, and in all other solid and hollow building materials.
They look like a jacket with ribs for your screw, expanding inside the wall as the screw is driven into them.
To install, a pilot hole is drilled in the wall, the anchor is fitted into the hole, and then a hammer is used to lightly tap the anchor head flush with the wall.
A drywall anchor goes between the screw and the drywall, biting into the drywall much more effectively than a screw would. Then, you screw into the anchor, so everything stays in place.
