Is the clip removable?

Yes, It can and you could ask for our help if you are looking for a replacement.

How long can be fully charged?

It takes 3.5 hours to fully charged when the power source could provide 5V 1.5A power capacity.

Does the charging light on the cable turn green eventually?

It will turn green when the battery is over 95%.

Why it can not be charged or turned on?

Please remove the insulating film and unlock the light according to the USER MANUAL. And ask for our for help if does not work.

Why the tail button is not working？

Tail switch does not work in lockout mode.
