Made from recently emptied and authentic 53 gallon American oak whiskey barrels, staves and headings are shaved into a combination of fine chips and rolled leaf, for maximum flavor retention and optimal smoke production. The result is a traditional oak smoke flavor with subtle notes of caramel, vanilla, nuts, autumnal spices, and honey.
Maple Myst 1oz
A floral symphony of aged hard maple wood shavings, vanilla and select flower petals. This mild and slightly sweet flavor lends itself well to spirits both neat and on the rocks. Perfect for hams, bacon, poultry or any other meat.

Harvested from Northern hickory that has been kiln dried and shaved into a combination of fine chips and rolled leaf, for maximum flavor retention and optimal smoke production.
