Smart Life Wifi Connection:
1. Please reset the device by pressing and holding the WIFI button on the front panel for 5-10 seconds until you hear a beep sound.
2. Then login Smart Life App
3. Click “+” on the top corner to add a new device
4. Select “Add Device”
5. Select Camera & Lock -> Smart Camera (2.4GHz&5GHz)
Then follow the app instruction to complete the connection with your smartphone.
- Ensure a strong WiFi signal is available for the Smart Pet Feeder with Camera.
- Verify that the WiFi SSID (Name) and password are correct when prompted in the App.
- Use the pre-recorded voice feature (up to 10s) when dispensing food, available in the settings.
- The device supports up to 15 scheduled mealtimes with 20 portions of food (~20g per portion), allowing you to automatically dispense food and customize a diet for your pets. You can also manually feed them at any time, anywhere via the free app remotely.
- Share the device with up to 20 family members or friends.
- Learn how to use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistance with the device. For Alexa, open the Alexa app, go to Skills & Games from the menu, find the Smart Life app, and enable the skill. Enter your Smart Life app login credentials when prompted. Once enabled, try it out by saying "Alexa, show me the pet camera" and enter your pin when prompted (which you set up in your Alexa or Google Assistant app). Enjoy viewing the live video on your Alexa device (e.g., Alexa Show).
