- Select the correct threaded rod for your application.
- Assemble the threaded rod and nut/bearing assembly with the bearing facing away from the hex on the threaded rod.
- Insert the threaded rod through the balancer and screw into the end of the crankshaft.
- Using a wrench, hold the hex end of the threaded rod.
- Use a second wrench and rotate the nut/bearing assembly clockwise until the balancer is installed and fully seated onto the crankshaft.
- Remove the balancer installation tool.
