Only four steps are needed to get it to work. :

  1. On a laptop or other media sources, connect the transmitter to an HDMI output port.

Frequently questions and solutions

Display “Connecting”( The TX and RX are not be connected well)

  1. Please check the RX power supply
  2. Please check the WEB are set correctly
  3. Co-channel interference. Please select a new band or channel
  4. Please reset or turn off the power restart

Display “No signal” (The TX and the RX had connected well ,but the TX is not be connected with source device well then no video input )

  1. Check the signal source is power on and output normal.
  2. Check the signal source output resolution.
  3. Make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected (Signal interference or conflict)

Transmission distance is shorter or the screen is not fluent

  1. Please adjust the angle of the antenna or adjust the placement
  2. Concrete walls, Brick, Wallpaper, Metal, Bulletproof glass will shorten the signal cover range or cause big signal loss.
  3. Co-channel interference. Please select a new working frequency or channel

Only has Picture,No Sound （the audio format was not supported)

  1. Please make sure the audio format of the HDMI signal source is LPCM2.0
  2. This HDMI support audio format include: LPCM 2.0/48KHZ /16Bit
  3. If your HDMI signal source is 5.1/7.1 Dol-by,DTS or other audio format, there will be no sound. Because this model can not support these format .

Only has Sound,No Picture

  1. Please try to connect HDMI cable again or change the HDMI cable(maybe there is something wrong in HDMI cable)
  2. Please make sure HDMI source output resolution is 1080p

IR wireless return function is insensitive

  • 1. Adjust the placement and height of the transmitter and receiver to enhance wireless signal transmission.
  • 2. Transmitter have IR signal transmission function, when the transmitter placed above the"top box, check whether the transmitter bulging"set-top box"1-2cm.
  • 3. Transmitter have IR signal transmission function, when using the external IR extension cable. Try to keep the transmitter away from the"set-top box"and avoid sending infrared signals at the same time to cause remote control conflicts

Note :

  1. The temperature higher when the product is working ：That is normal. Wireless transmission needs to process 3D or full HD, so the temperature may be higher than other electronic products, please put the product in a well ventilated place.
  2. Transmission Distance will be varied due to the environment.wall, bricks or glass will shorten the signal cover range or cause significant signal loss.It only can be longest distance up to 100m in the air (line of sight) without signal interference and conflict .But if you need to transmit signal through walls in your case, please be kindly informed that it is easy to pass through glass or wood wall, but you should keep both device stay within 5-10m or less distance in the case of some thin concrete wall. It can not pass through some thick concrete walls at all
  3. Wireless hdmi extender MT-HD3501 default work 5.8ghz frequency which more stable and faster speed .But if you want to pass through walls and hope can transit longer .Better to go to web and set it work 2.4G frequency by hand . Then can easier to pass through wall and can be up to longer distance.
