Q-A

Q1: Why 64GB ≈ approx.58GB?

  • As we all know, it is known that the computer memory is calculated as 1GB = 1024MB. while other devices: 1GB = 1000MB

Q2: Is there an indicator light when recording?

  • Red light blinks when recording (factory default), but can be turned off. Please feel free to record :)

Q3: The computer doesnt recognize my recorder?

  1. Use a paperclip to poke the reset button on the right side of the machine
  2. Use the included data cable to connect to the computer (USB 2.0), because some data cables can only be charged
  3. Check whether the USB DISK identifier appears on my computer. Click "USB Disk Identifier" at the bottom right corner of the desktop - [Open Devices and Printers] - [Devices] - right click [HS USB FlashDisk] - [Delete Device] and connect to the computer again
  4. Try to connect other ports or another computer to rule out computer driver abnormalities
  5. Specifically, for Mac users: please try to replace the adapter
