Particular Attention

  • USB extension cable is not supported.
  • When the disc is put into the DVD drive, remember to press down the middle hole to ensure that the disc is embedded in the fixed position in the card slot of the disc reader.
  • Ensure that the device has a player and decoder to support multiple formats of playing files.
  • If the disc cannot be read, try to replace the player or download another video decoder.
  • Any broken disc, worn disc or dirty disc could not be read out.
