This Banner S18SN6DQ barrel-style sensor has a M18 threaded metal housing for mounting and an infrared LED sensing beam with a 880 nm wavelength and a range of up to 100 mm. The diffuse-mode sensor accepts 10-30 VDC input through its 4-pin Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector and is intended for use with a Euro-style QD cordset (not included). The sensor has single-pole double-throw (SPDT) solid-state NPN output. The thermoplastic housing is durable and the sensor has an operating temperature range of -40 to +70 degrees C.
