THE EASE OF INSTALLATION

There are many ways to put the brace on depending on your mobility level.

1. Adjust the biceps strap to the velcros maximum size and then slip your injured arm through.

2. Place the brace on the affected shoulder to cover the area where you need the most support. You can put it higher or lower on the arm as needed.

3. Reach for the chest strap, wrap it around the chest and feed it through the front buckle. Pull it tight until its comfortable but supportive.

4. Readjust the bicep strap until the brace feels well in place.

5. Add targeted compression by pulling the velcro of the pressure pad.

BEST FIT FOR MEN AND WOMEN - 5 TARGETED SIZES

The shoulder brace needs to be tight to be supportive; if your dimensions are at the upper limit of the smaller size or you are in between sizes PLEASE CHOOSE THE SMALLER SIZE as long as the BICEP dimensions are within the mentioned range. There is a lot of flexibility with the chest strap but not so much with the bicep strap.
