1. When first time use, we need to remove the insulating film firstly. Otherwise, the headphones cannot be charged.

FAQ
Q: Why does only one earbud work?
A:1) If you just receive the earbuds, please dont open the bluetoth of mobile phone to connect firstly.
We need to put earbuds inside the charging case to let them pair with each other. Otherwise, it will be only one earbud connects to your mobile.
2) If only one earbud does not work during use, It maybe the twin earbuds have not paired with each other. This time we can try to reset it.
Q: How to reset?
A:1)Delete all “D7” from the Bluetoth menu on your phones and deactivate the bluetoth setting.
2) Place earphones into the charging case correctly, touch and hold both earbuds’ touch control area for about 8 secs, quick double-tap the 2 earrbuds at the same time immediately once blue indicator light is on. ( Then if there is solid white light on, that means the reset works. )
3)Now take out the earbuds and activate the bluetoth setting to connect D7 earbuds.
