- Finish your cars tuning up with some of our tungsten putty on race day with the official scales to hit just the right weight and find the perfect balance for the fastest possible car.
- Each closable tin comes with 3 ounces of tungsten rods, 4 - 0.5 oz. pieces and 4 - 0.25 oz. pieces and 1 ounce of tungsten putty. The rods are sized at 3/8" in diameter so that you can easily drill a hole to conceal them inside your car.

Tungsten putty is a non-toxic, pliable weight that is great for tuning your pinewood car weight and center of gravity. The putty sticks to anything, allowing you to place it anywhere you need, in any amount, in a few minutes. No more drilling holes in your derby racer! It is also excellent as a fishing weight, simply pinch off the amount you need and mold it around your line.
Tungsten is similar to lead, but non-toxic and very easy to customize to get the perfect lure presentation. Warm and mold it around your line with your fingers, and it will harden again when you dip it in the water before casting. Leave those pliers and split shot in your pocket! Each closable tin comes with 1 oz. of putty.
