As the upgraded product of RC-5, RC-5+ (external sensor) has many improvements, where the major upgrades are:
1. Auto PDF Report
The new-added function allows data logger to generate PDF report automatically.
2. Password Protection
Optional password protection will keep your data’s security.
3. Double the Battery Life
RC-5+ (external sensor) is with a battery life up to 12 months (15℃~23℃/45%RH~75%RH), which doubles RC-5s battery life.
4. Extra External Sensor and Slot
External sensor enables to measure more accurately for temperature-sensitive goods and slot helps to fix the data logger.

Firstly, please download and install the software instructed on the user manual.
Meanings of the Setting Parameters:
Log Clock: Not configurable. But the time will sync with that on the computer after our user clicks the Save Parameter button under the Parameter tab.
S/N: Not configurable.
Trip Description: Configurable. The info entered here will be shown on the report, it can be used to differentiate one logger from another.
Log interval: Configurable. Means how often our user wants the logger to perform a reading, it can be 10S, 1minute or 1day.
Start Delay(H): Configurable. Means after you press the button on the logger, how long it would wait to officially start logging.
Press button: Configurable. Means after we press the triangle button for 4 seconds on the logger to start logging. We can still press this very button to restart the logger.
Temperature Unit: Configurable.Celsius or Fahrenheit.
High/Low limit: Configurable.The upper and lower alarming point you want to set.
