The collar’s receiver is only 2.3x1.1x1.1 in and 1.7oz weight, especially suitable for Small / Medium-sized dogs to stop barking.
Troubleshooting: Why the collar does not spray or beep when the dog barks?
- (1). Maybe the sensitivity level is too low and the bark sound is not loud enough to drive the collar. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the Medium or High level.
- (2). If you hear the working sound of the solenoid valve in the spray nozzle, but it doesnt spray, it means the collar has no or too little spray, please refill the spray.
- (3) . When the collar detects the bark of the dog, the first time will only make a beep sound to warn the dog. If the dog continues to bark, then the collar will spray the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.
- (4) . Maybe the power voltage is too low, please recharge the collar.
- (5) . If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray inlet or the Spray nozzle is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the Spray inlet or the Spray nozzle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clean.

Important Tips Before Use and Purchase:
(1). It is recommended to refill citronella before each use.
(2). For Long-haired dogs, please trim the neck hairs along the path of the spray.
(3). Do not use for aggressive dogs, long nose/neck dogs, or smelling impaired dogs.
(4). Place the collar strap on the middle of the dogs neck, make sure the Spray Nozzle is towards the dogs nose.
(5). The collar should fit snugly, yet loose enough to allow 2 fingers to fit under the strap.
(6). Not fit for dogs under 6 months old and small dogs under 8lbs.
(7). Please say " Woof " loudly towards the audio sensor to test the spray works normally before using it.
