Can you send us a black case?

Gray or Black carrying box is delivered randomly, not optional. And you can replace it with a new box if the received box breaks.

Is the jack suitable for SUV?

Its suitable for a car or small SUV. The 6-1/2" starting height allows it to fit most car clearance and the jacks fully extend up to 16-1/2".

How does the jack come down?

Put the jack handle on the valve screw and turn counter clockwise to lower, then push it down with your hand or foot back into the cylinder.

Why it cant lift to full height?

Low oil level, need to add new hydraulic oil. Please add hydraulic oil for jacks according to the instructions.

Rams cant be retracted fully?

Air in the cylinder and it needs to be discharged. Please discharge the air according to the instructions.
