Racer Walsh mechanical lash adjusters (lifters) are a must have when converting from the stock hydraulic camshaft to a mechanical camshaft. Mechanical camshafts have specific valve lash requirements and this set of lash adjusters will allow you to set the lash at the required setting. No machining is required for this "drop in" set of adjusters for 2.3L Ford cylinder heads (Not compatible w/ Eco-Boost engine). Designed for use with stock length valves. This set includes (8) inserts, (8) ball studs, and (8) jam nuts.
