1. It is designed to be wired directly to the transfer switch or panel by using among of the four combination knockouts (on each side, bottom and back). Recommend use a step drill bit or hole saw to punch the knockouts out
2. Green safety indication light- when plug in and start power connection. Power inlet box is more visible and safer when working, especially at night or dark area
3. This inlet box is then safely hardwired through an outside wall directly to the transfer switch or panel, eliminating the need for cords running through windows or doors.
