Please make sure that the shower hose you link to the holder is a conical/round connector, not a hex connector.
The shower head holder is better design, its card slot is tapered. Holder Top Diameter: 0.9. Holder Bottom Diameter: 0.79.
Fits 19mm to 22mm universal shower hose, not fits for shower hoses larger than 23mm.
Note: The Waterpik Massages Handheld Shower Head will not fit this mount.
Adhesive glue installation method
