Operation:
  • 1.Sure the eyepiece and diaphragm get ready then put a microscope slides on the stage.Beginning with the 4X Objective. Turn on the LED Illumination.
  • 2.Turn the focusing knob until a clear image is obtained (First you need to find the object image with the coarse focusing,then adjust the object image to the clearest with the fine focusing).
  • 3.When desired view is obtained under the lowest power (4X), rotate nosepiece to next higher magnification 10X/40X .To sum up using LED Illumination and coarse & fine focusing make the image clearest.
