Step 1: Tear off StencilTear off the backing off silk screen stencil, then transfer the stencils onto the desired surface. |
Step 2: Apply Ink or PasteApply your ink or other medium by putting a thin even layer over the stencil using a scraper or squeegee. |
Step 3: Remove the StencilRemove the adhesive stencils slowly from your given surface. |
Step 4: Clean and DryClean your mesh stencils using cool water and dry the stencil. Store stencil flat in a flat dry setting. |
After peeling the Transfer away from the project surface, rinse off Chalk Paste or Ink immediately. This can be done in the sink or in a cookie sheet (which works well with larger Transfers and helps ensure the Transfer won’t stick to itself by accident). After all visible Paste is washed off, wipe both sides with a disinfecting wipe to remove any Paste residue. Lay the Transfer, sticky side up to dry. Once the Transfer is dry, replace it on the backer (on the shiny side) and smooth it out using a Squeegee.
