●User instruction: 1、Turn the jam nut clockwise to move down fully and tighten until the tube body cannot move.

Description
User instruction:
- 1、Turn the jam nut clockwise to move down fully and tighten until the tube body cannot move.

- 1. Move the lever up to loosen the jaw to hold the hook. Then press the lever down to tighten the jaw until the hook is properly clamped.
- 2. If the jaw opening is too small or large for the hook, please adjust the front opening screw to get the jaw proper open size fitting the hook.
- 3. Adjust the jam nut to the desired amount of resistance when you perform the rotation.
User instruction:
- 1、The locking lever at the six o’clock position is free position. Turn the locking lever to the five or four oclock position.
- 2、Put hook in the jaw, then adjust jaw screw to hold the hook stable.
- 3、Turn the locking lever to the 3 oclock position to full lock.
- 4、Adjust two jaw nuts together to get your desired amount of resistance in rotation.
