FAQ
Q：How to adjust the color of the image?
A: Download the PotPlayer software on your device and then add this camera to it. While using this camera to stream video on the PotPlayer, click the Setting button then you can adjust the Brightness and other image settings according to your needs. Once and for all, these settings will be remembered next time.
Q: Why my computer couldnt recognize this webcam?
A: If there is a original built-in camera in your device, you need to disable the original camera settings first. Take Windows 10 as an example, right-click the start button-- go to device manager-- look for Cameras-- click on the little arrow next to it. From the steps, you can see two devices: Your integrated camera and another one you bought which named HD Camera. Right-click on your integrated camera and click "Disable the device."
