Otherwise, the nail gun will not shoot nails due to the safety protection device.

Why do my nails often jam when using the nail gun?

This nail gun shoots quickly, please move it with each shoot, or it could easily cause a nail jam due to two nails hitting together.

You can also press the head of the nail gun with one hand to avoid nails floating and deforming due to rebound force.

Why cant nails go through the material?

Make sure your materials and nails are within the available range of this nail gun (see the 1st & 4th bullet point).

And our nailer comes with a depth adjustment mechanism, please adjust the depth of nail by turning the knob according to your needs.

Why cant my nail gun work?

Please confirm that you have taken the correct steps after switching single/contact firing mode (see the 2nd bullet point).

Once the battery is installed, You can also press the LED lighting switch to troubleshoot the nail gun (see the last Q&A).

What do the different indicator lights mean?

Red On: low battery

Red Flashing: Nails/staples are jammed

Green On: No nails

Green Flashing: Overheat
