NOTE:

  • 1. If you want to connect a new device, please check first if the earphone is already connected to another device. If the earphone is connected to other devices, please disconnect them first and then connect the device you want to connect.
  • 2. You need a SEPARATE Bluetooth receiver when connected with TV or PC. So make sure your computer have a bluetooth driver or a bluetooth receiver if you want use it with PC.

-How to use

（1）Just open/close the case, it will power on/off automatically. Or long press 3 seconds to power on/off.

（2）First Use：

  1. Open the case and take out the earbuds
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone(or other device) and search for new device
  3. When the "Earbuds" appears, click it to pair

（3）After First Pairing：Just open the case, it will connects to your paired device automatically（If you didnt delete it from your paired device).

-There are some differences when used singly or simultaneously，as shown in the pic above

-How to Solve Charging Issues

  • Clean the charging contact eartips with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging.
  • If it still doesnt work, please con tact us for a free replacement within one year. Or other solutions.

-How to Solve Connection Issues（Reset your earbuds）

  1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and ensure they are charging.
  2. Delete the pairing information on the phone.
  3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case, re-pair with your phone.
  4. If you want to use it on PC/TV, make sure your computer/TV have a bluetooth driver or a bluetooth receiver.
  5. When pairing the earbuds with a new device, please check if it is being connected with another paired device , otherwise, you need to disconnect them first, and then pair with the new device.
  6. If it still doesnt work, please con tact us for a free replace-ment within one year. Or other solutions.
