Print the pattern on DTF film

Beryzol DTF transfer film fit with all modified desktop DTF printers. Make sure that your hands are clean and dry before touching the film to avoid moisture. This will damage the coating of the film.

Note:

  • Use the DTF ink. NOT regular inkjet ink.
  • There is a label on the packaging bag - (Printed Side), take out the dtf film in the correct direction.
  • If transferring on dark fabrics, you need to use 5-color DTF ink (C,M,Y,BK,WH)

Hot melt adhesive powder application

Sprinkle the DTF transfer powder over the print manually or using the automated shaker. Remove excess DTF powder adhesive, and let the hot melt powder stick evenly to the printed pattern.

Note:

  • When shaking the powder, pay attention to avoid a large amount of powder adhesion around the pattern, and the excess powder should be removed.

  • Lower temp, and longer baking time is needed.

Pre-pressing

Pre-press the garment prior to the transfer for 2-5 seconds. This will flatten the fabric & remove excess humidity.

Note:

  • Place the transfer film on the garment - print side down, image facing up

Hot pressing transfer process

The DTF film with printed pattern and melted powder were placed on fabric in the heat press for astrong adhesion between them.

Note:

  • For special fabrics, set the temperature and time according to the melting point.

Cold peel and repressing

Peel off the film in one slow, slow, continuous motion. Repress the garment for 10-20 seconds at 325°F. This step is recommended to improve durability and stabilize the coating.

Note:

  • Please note that If hot peel, the printed image is matte finish, if cold peel, the printed image will be smoother and softer.
  • The colors come out vibrant and bright whether cold or hot peel.

Widely Used

DTF technology works best on cotton pre-treated fabrics while DTF opens the door to a wide range of choice and is capable of printing onto non-treated cotton, silk, polyester, nylon,leather and more.
