Our newest high-tech soy milk maker has a temperature sensor, water level sensor, and boil-over sensor to ensure the machine extracts the maximum nutrition from raw ingredients, and makes the best tasting and highest quality soy milk. The SoyaJoy G5 is also perfect for making all kinds of milks, soups, and porridges, such as almond milk, quinoa milk, and rice porridge.

The SoyaJoy G5 has three unique advantages:

1. Raw function - Even though soy milk must be cooked, some vegan milks, such as almond milk, are best made raw to preserve the maximum nutrition.

2. Perfect Grind Technology - Temperature-controlled soaking, grinding, and cooking cycles are coordinated by three sensors. The temperature sensor allows optimal temperatures for each phase of the process. Hot soaking is at an optimal 180 degrees F, which eliminates "beany" taste without overcooking the soybeans. Similarly, grinding is best from 180 to 190 degrees, and cooking must be done at between 200 - 210 degrees to ensure the inactivation of the natural enzyme inhibitors present in soybeans. Without a temperature sensor, a machine would either overcook the beans at the hot soaking and grinding phases, or undercook at the cooking phase.

3. Solid-state electronic controls replaced the traditional relay controls for superior reliability and service life. Additionally, they reduces the operation noise level to seamlessly integrate the SoyaJoy G5 into your kitchen.

The SoyaJoy G5 has a large 1.7-liter capacity and bottom-heating technology. The cooking pot is made of seamless thick food grade stainless steel, which is much sturdier and stronger than double layer stainless steel.

LED Screen

The LED screen shows how many minutes are estimated left in the current cycle, helping you plan out your time better. It also helps you troubleshoot if mistakes happen. For example, if it shows an "E2", the user manual troubleshooting section will tell you the likely reason - you used hot water (above 140 degree F) instead of warm or cold water.

Temperature Sensor

This sensor is used to control the temperature at every stage of the cycle to ensure the highest nutrition content, taste, and quality of the soy milk. Machines without temperature sensors make overcooked, inferior soymilk.

Insulating plastic exterior

A plastic outer body helps keep the SoyaJoy G5 quiet, and protects you from heat if you accidentally touch the machine during the cooking cycle.

Boil-Over Sensor

On the head of the machine, the boil-over sensor detects and stops messes before they can happen. Along with the temperature sensor, it ensures a perfect cooking cycle every time.
