I tried using this adapter with a Supercharger, but it didnt work.

This J1772 adapter is not compatible with Tesla Superchargers, so it will not work with them.

Is the J1772 adapter compatible with the Jeep Wrangler 4XE?

This adapter is not compatible with Jeep Wrangler 4XE.

Will this adapter allow my EV to charge faster?

No, this adapter does not provide any additional functionality, except for allowing you to charge your EV using Tesla chargers.

Why doesnt this Adapter work on some Tesla Destination chargers?

Unfortunately, some Tesla Destination chargers have restrictions that prevent the use of accessories, like adapter.
