Description

SEQUENT MICROSYSTEMS RELAY CARDS

From 3 to 16 relays, stackable or RS485 daisy-chainable up to 128 relays.

STACKABILITY

All cards can be stacked up to eight levels, with the exception of the 3-Relays, which can be daisy-chained up to 32 cards. over the RS485 interface. All cards use only I2C to communicate with Raspberry Pi, leaving all GPIO pins available for the user.

CONNECTIVITY

Eight and 16 Relay cards have an RS485 transceiver jumper connected to Raspberry Pi serial port, enabling Raspberry Pi to talk to other RS485 devices. Four and 4 Relay cards have on-board processor and can be controlled by any PLC using MODBUS protocol over the RS485 port.
